5. Broker Integration

Artha integrates with third-party brokers (such as Zerodha, Angel One, etc.) to execute trades. You acknowledge that your relationship with these brokers is governed by their respective terms of service, and Artha is not responsible for the execution, settlement, or custody of your trades and assets.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Artha and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in market manipulation or insider trading

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTHA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Artha, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
